Returns & Exchanges Policy
Kimberleys Ltd is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers. We hope you will love what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.
Please return the product/s to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
Our quality control team inspect all deliveries to www.kimberleys.co.nz to ensure the products you receive meet our exacting quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please Contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.
Please indicate a reason for your return, on your packing slip. Along with this please indicate your preferred remedy.
All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to:

We are happy to exchange/refund any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise). However the following conditions do apply:
- You must notify firstname.lastname@example.org your intention to exchange/return within 5 days.
- Send goods back to us via a trackable method to the above address. Please note Kimberleys Ltd does not takeresponsibilityof any items lost in the process of returning to us and hence why we recommend a trackable method.
- We will raise a credit, exchange or refund you once the garment has been returned and accepted by Kimberleys Ltd. Please allow 5 working days for this to happen.
- All items must be in the condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Once the product has been received it will undergo a quality control check to ensure that the item is unworn at the original tags are still in place.
You will be refunded for the price you paid for the item at the time of purchase excluding shipping costs paid.
We do not accept returns on jewellery or accessories.
To return/ exchange products to Kimberleys Ltd: Please return theinvoice that is included with your shipment. Send the items you're returning to the address found on the form. Please contact us if you do not have this invoice.
We respect your privacy and do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.
