STORE MANAGER

Kimberleys Fashions Ltd is a nationally recognised NZ Fashion Retailer, 13 stores strong and growing!

We are looking for an experienced, creative, self-motivated Retail Manager to run our store in The Colombo.

Ideally you will have a proven ability to develop, motivate and inspire a team to achieve great results. You will be a pro-active and down to earth person who thrives on the challenge of growing, learning something new everyday, and having a positive impact on your work environment.

You will have a strong interest in creating fantastic customer experiences in store, and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. You will be forward thinking, have good computer skills, a natural talent for merchandising, and a fashion forward flair for window dressing (oh, and a great sense of humour is a must!).

Responsibilities include:
* day to day running of the store
* customer service
* training/motivating your team to achieve
and exceed our expectations
* effective stock management
* creating and rolling out of new directives
* problem solving
* merchandising and window dressing
