Q: Are you able to ship to Australia

A: Yes we can ship to Australia, please email to arrange. Please note extra changes will apply due to the higher costs associated with overseas freight

Q: Do you offer returns/ exchanges on item purchased in-store or online?

Q: How do I go about getting a refund for items purchased online?

A: Please fill out return form which will be supplied with your garment and send back to Merivale Mall, 189 Papanui Road, Merivale, Christchurch 8146. For more information please see 'returns/exchanges policy' section of this website.

Q: How many Kimberleys stores are there?

A: We currently have 8 main stores in operation, as well as 1 outlet store. View store locations

Q: Do you accept cheques

A: Yes we do!

Q: Are laybys available?

A: Yes. Laybys require a 20% deposit and we hold these items for 4 weeks before they expire.

Q: Can I use internet banking to make payments on a layby or a website order?

A: Yes you can do both of these things using internet banking. For more information email

Q: What labels do you stock?

A: At Kimberleys we carry four in-house labels, named Marilyn Seyb, Marilyn Seyb Jeune, Marilyn Seyb Glamour and Episode. In addition, we also hold a selection of other NZ and international brands.

Q: How long do website orders take to arrive?

A: Within New Zealand this generally takes 2- 3 working days, while customers outside of NZ should allow approximately one week

Q: Where are your international labels sourced from?

A: We source overseas labels from various locations- including Europe, America and Australia. Please see our labels section for more information.
